Instructions for removing and installing a DELL Precision 5520 battery

Perform the following steps to remove the DELL Precision 5520 battery:
Disconnect the battery cable from the system board  
Remove the seven M2x4 screws that secure the battery to the computer  
Lift the battery off the computer

Installing the DELL Precision 5520 Battery:
Place and align the battery in the battery bay.
Tighten the seven M2x4 screws that secure the battery to the computer.
Connect the battery cable to the system board.
Install the base cover.
Follow the procedures in After Working Inside Your Computer.
