Why Lenovo ideapad flex-15iwl(81sr) battery cannot be charged more than 60%?

Lenovo Energy Management software is a tool that is used to extend the battery life by limiting the battery to 60% charge.

Open Energy Management. Click Start. Select All Programs, then Lenovo. Select Energy Management, then choose Power Management Options. This is set to the Optimized Battery Health setting. To charge the laptop to 100%, check the Maximum Battery Life option.
