Why isn't my Lenovo yoga 700 14isk battery charging status automatically refreshing?

Symptom 1: Battery does not charge when plugging in adapter at capacity 95%-100%.
The machine has auto charging adjustments to avoid overcharging and further protect the battery. See the following details:

• Connect to power supply at 95%-100% battery power capacity. The battery cannot be charged. This is normal. The battery cannot be charged because of overcharge protection.
• Connect to power supply when battery capacity is less than 95%, and the battery can be charged to 100%. Even if the power supply is suddenly unplugged when battery power reaches 97%, and then is recharged, the battery can still be charged to 100%.

Symptom 2: Battery charging status is not automatically refreshing even if the battery is charging.

This is normal. This is not a battery issue.

Symptom 3: Battery charging is delayed or stops when the battery temperature is very high or very low.

• At 0 degrees Celsius or lower, the battery does not charge.
• From above 0 degrees Celsius to 15 degrees Celsius, the battery charges slowly.
• From 45 degrees Celsius to 60 degrees Celsius, the battery charges slowly and cannot be fully charged.
• At 60 degrees Celsius or above, battery charging stops.
