What if my original Hp bo03xl battery charges slowly, but the replacement battery charges normally?

If the original Hp bo03xl battery charges too slowly, but a replacement HP battery charges as it should, the battery might not be at fault. Search for and open Device Manager.
Click the arrow next to Batteries to expand the battery options.
