Testing and calibrating the HP DO02XL battery using HP Support Assistant

HP DO02XL Battery Check is a utility in HP Support Assistant that provides a simple but accurate test of the battery in Windows. To use HP Support Assistant to check and calibrate the battery, follow the instructions in this section.
   NOTE:
HP occasionally makes updates to HP Support Assistant. To download and install the latest version, go to the HP Support Assistant website.
In Windows, type HP Support Assistant into Search, then select HP Support Assistant in the Search results.
Select the My devices tab, then select your PC from the device list.
Select Diagnostics and tools, then select HP Battery Check.
Wait while the battery check completes.
HP Battery Check displays the battery status.
