1. Type and search [MyASUS] in the Windows search bar, then click [Open].

2. In MyASUS windows, select [System Diagnosis], here you can learn more about MyASUS System Diagnosis - Introduction.

If no issue found, it means the battery health is good, but maybe there are some applications, software, or system settings cause the battery consumption faster.  Please refer to the next step to optimize the system settings and check the battery discharge of applications.

The ASUS zenbook 14 ux431fa AC adapter sparks when plugged into the outlet

 Problem: When I plug in the AC adapter into the outlet or extension cord, it might spark, and even the damage can be seen on the plug.
